not worth the effort!!

<p>Its unbelievable to me that Old Mutual Money account can open an account for me and then unceremoniously suspend it a few months later because it has not been properly FICA'd with certified documents!!! The cherry on the cake is that I was not notified. Then when I visit your OM branch in johannesburg to talk to a surly staff member -with my FICA,d documents in tow - which are then faxed to Bidvest bank while I am in the branch, my account remains suspended!! As soon as I am able to access my account, I'll transfer my money into my FNB account and close my account. It has not been a great banking experience.</p>
