NOT WORTH IT BEING A CLIENT WITH OLD MUTUAL - DONT TAKE A POLICY WITH THEM, JUST A HEADACHE.

I paid extra premiums for my Old Mutual policy, when I queried it in June, I am constantly told that the money will be refunded and its with the processing department. To date, no one has had the courtesy to call me and apologise for the wait. I am sick and tired of Old Mutual and will never refer them to anyone. They are quick to take the premiums but to give money back to the client - not so quick. This is very very bad on their part.
