not wanting to submit tax directive to SARS

old mutual has messed up my tax. they have issued me with a tax directive for my pension payout, but has not submitted the directive to sars, they are refusing too. sars has advised me that old mutual must submit on their end. I am due a refund from sars and this is holding up the entire process. the advise is so rude an unhelpful and i need to call 10 times before anyone can speak to me! i am disgusted in there **** service! please sort this out!!!
