Not Very Helpful

<p>Called Old Mutual today just to enquire that the amount that is paying paid for a policy my husband took out is correct or not. Response i received was we cannot help you as it is not your policy. I do know that there is ***** taking place in the world, but all information i wanted was "IS WHAT I AM PAYING CORRECT OR NOT" as we are not receiving any letters, communications from Old Mutual at all.We have never even received a letter informing us of the premium increase, so we have been paying the amount we last were informed of. Companies must understand that not everyone wants to commit ***** in this world, there are a lot of honest people out there. WORST SERVICE EVER & TO BE MADE TO FEEL LIKE A ********, I am glad i, myself, no longer have any business with you.</p>
