NOT TO BE TRUSTED

I am so frustrated with Old mutual. I took out an investment policy in June and I have encountered problems from day one. The reason why I am even writing this review right now is because my investment balance does not look right. It is almost like every person in old mutual is also in on it. So I emailed them the moment I saw this which was over two weeks ago and I asked for clarity as to why my balance so much money. I still have not heard from them. I called them sometime last week thinking I would get a much quicker response but the lady I spoke to said she was sending an email in regard to this and I am still waiting. So I asked to withdraw everything because of this and cut ties with them and they were very quick to send me documents that I need to fill out before they can process this. Now I have feeling I might never get my money back once I withdraw everything.

I personally dont think people should be investing with old mutual. The staff is not efficient and half the brokers do not give you all the relevant information when they recruiting you to purchase these products. I am still waiting for a reply from old mutual.

Old Mutual is very disappointing and they keep *****ing peoples monies.
