NOT the OLD MUTUAL OF OLD - Woeful Service

It is very convenient that OLD MUTUAL will diligently and WITHOUT fail take your monthly debit order and payments that you make into a TAX FREE INVESTMENT and THEY advertise that "YOU CAN ACCESS YOUR MONEY AT ANY TIME" (KEY WORD 'YOUR MONEY') but when you actually submit an application to withdraw YOUR OWN MONEY they make you wait 3 weeks for payment of your money!! Not only has the money not yet been paid but when you call their WONDER FULL call center you are made to hold the line for 45min and then are mistaken to be another client AFTER you have VERIFY YOURSELF and then NOBODY CAN HELP YOU and you are passed onto 4 departments whom all have NO CLUE on how to help you!!! - OLD MUTUAL........YOU ARE DEFINITELY NOT THE OLD MUTUAL OF OLD - YOUR SERVICE IS ********** TO SAY THE LEAST!!!
