Not so Superfund
Hi I have been trying to withdraw from Old Mutual Superfund but failing to get any joy. I did call and spoke to Lyle once and Nalisa aswell who advised I needed to send I'd copy and bank statement which I did and it has still not been processed.The only feedback I receive is from a automated message saying it will be addressed in 48 hours but it's more than a week now. Some assistance please this is frustrating.

My claim has still not been processed.I did receive a mail saying all the document have been received and I will be called yesterday (12/10/22) to advise me if the claim has being processed but nobody has called.
Please advise what's the delay?
