Not satistued with the level of sevice of old mutual

I have invested with Old mutual for 5yrs and my investment matured on the 22 March 2022. I went into the Branch on that date of maturity to make a notice of withdrawal, I was told that I will get my money in 15 days from date of notice but my 15 days has already passed. I called the head office on the 13th April 2022 and I was told that the money has been authorised for payment and I will get it anytime. Till today I have not yet receive it.
