Not satisfied

I'm having problems lately with old mutual they literally want me to default on my green light and other funeral policies I have with them which I've been paying them a while now more then 8years.Dont know why they not debating when money is there available on the agreed date,why they not deduting.I feel like they won't pay me when something really happens in the family they want ro run away
