Not responding to cancellation

Hi,

I have been trying to get a Consultant to cancel and withdrawal my investment policy but no one to help. The first call I waited for about 25 minutes until I hung up.The second call someone picked-up after 25 minutes and promised to send me the forms it was at 08:55 he never send them. I called again at 11:55am and no one picked up after 31 minutes until I drop the phone.

Please Guys I want to cancel my policy number: ***7 now. I sent email with tracking number is [CSCCA***2].
