Not reliable when you want your money

Old Mutual Max Investment guys dont open it. I have been saving money there thinking that when i urgently need money i can get it. Now they telling me i need to fill in forms and certify send this send that , i really cant believe it . When i save money on debit order it is easy and when i want it it should also be easy. Run guys run. Iam soo stressed i need to pay school fees by Friday seems they make it difficult for me . Old Mutual just give me my money please
