Very disappointed by old mutual, I've surrendered my retirement fund on the 3/6/2021 and was told it will take 21 days for payouts.I wait and on the 22/06/2021 got a mail from Neo Bursley from old mutual saying that my request is on pricing and will take 3 to 5 working days for payout,nothing happens and I called again speaked to a person saying Neo was wrong to send the mail the claim is not in pricing he escalated it then,call again after 3 days speaked to Kauthar Isaac's she promises me over the phone and mail she make this matter urgent Still waiting after R300 airtime used over this people **** poor service don't recommend this guys they are lacking of client service is beyond expectations Ref:CEB ***
