Not paying claims of investments as promised

I am very disappointed in Old Mutual. I had since submitted a claim on my Annuity investment with Old Mutual on the 17th of October 2023. I am always promised that the following week the money will be in and nothings has been paid. I keep on following up and I get empty promises and to this day I have not received anything since I made this claim. I had to spend December holidays in a state that is not even mentionable. This is totally unacceptable and this is one’s life and wellbeing we are talking about here. They not keep their promises. I’m always speaking to different people which I also feel it’s not helpful.
