Not paid out claim

My father had a funeral plan with Old Mutual.<br> 20 years after he had passed ,people that been asked to trace the siblings called me and confirmed my name,address ect...<br> The claim has still not been paid out nor the interest which has now been over 21 years outstanding.<br> I had spoken to a Mr Viljoen (tracing company for Old Mutual),and he has said the ball is in Old Mutuals hands....<br> <br> where do we go from here?<br>
