Not interested in being helpful, and making cumbersome rules.

<p>I want to get my OM dividends paid into the bank account I transact on, that my salary gets paid into, that SARS knows about (and pays tax refunds into) but I get stonewalled. 'OM does not pay into third party accounts.'</p> <p> </p> <p>I already went through this whole process with them quite recently, and amazingly enough they discovered they actually could pay into a different account, but now it's back to the same nonsense. Unprofessional, unhelpful, uninterested, useless. And then they're amazed when I give them a bad rating in a survey, LOL!</p>
