Not helping with anything

Old mutual doesn't want to assist me withdraw my retirement/provident fund. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a Trustee and I definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone. It's been 2 months of back & forth with no solution. You will file a complaint and be forwarded to the rest of Old mutual employees including the Mamoroka mthileni, Samantha Solomons, Megan-Leigh Williams, Kevin Kotze & the list goes on. I'm so fed up.
