NOT HAPPY WITH TURNAROUND TIME

Old Mutual don't really care about their customers best interests.OLD Mutual think that a 5 working day turn around time is acceptable if it falls over a weekend.I submitted a request for a refund on my policy on Teusday.Today (Friday) I called to hear how far my request is,I was advised that the turn around time is 5 to 7 days.They told me it will take 5 working days but that is not acceptable if it falls over a weekend,think of the customer.I also worked in a processing environment and we use to make sure that refunds are paid on a Friday due to the extra 2 days of the weekend that the client must wait.I need the money and was advised that it will only be paid on Teusday.Cant Old Mutual exceed on the customers expectations and reduce the turn around time?Why must we wait for the entire 5 working days,improvement is required here especially if you work with money.I expect more from this company ,I atleast expected payment on day 3 of the 5 working days.Im not happy because i needed the money this weekend for other commitments that I wanted to pay before month end.
