Not happy with old mutual

The reason I'm reporting this. My family and I are tired of being taken for a ride by old mutual. My dad had multiple policies with old mutual. We had to report 3 policies on this platform in order to get paid.My dad is deceased. F.M Shingange I'd number ***. He had an investment with old mutual policy number 69668P***. I went to the branch a multiple of times to submit my documents. I submitted a police declaration, I'd and a birth certificate for my brother .bank statement s and estate late account for my dad. Today I received a message asking me to submit again those things. When I went to the branche to inquire only my I'd is on the system. I feel like old mutual is being unfair on the beneficiaries. Also another policy which I feel my mother was underpaid a retirement annuity. Policy number 69668P***. She was paid R26000 with an adjacement of R6000.
