Not happy with Green Light Care4U services

Last Friday (20 May) I was informed by one of the Green Light Care4u consultants that my rebate was going to reflect in my account on that very day or first thing Monday morning. I STILL haven’t received anything. It has been more than 2 weeks and I ALWAYS receive my rebate within 7 working days. I have ALWAYS been a loyal customer and NEVER missed my payments. I want this money to reflect in my account no later than 12pm today please. This is unacceptable.
