Not happy for keeping my money

I've had a retired snd funeral plan with them as soon as covid hits I could not pay them with out thinking they canceled my policy and still today on they are not giving my hard earn money back its not even there but still think they can do what they wanted I've always said in the past the good what they do but had to tell the people they useless I want my money back
