not happy

last month i was at khayelitsha branch to cancel my educational plan , i confirmed with them if my funeral policy was up to date and they said yes. on the 25/08 a debit order for educational plan and funeral plan went off even thou it was cancelled and the amount was combined. i had to dispute the amount. to my surprise this month no debit order was collected for my policy and the is no ****in way you will tell me that my policy has lapsed. i need an explanation why you deducted for educational plan that was cancelled and why a debit order was not collected this month as there are still funds on my account.
