Not doing what was promised

When I opened my tax free the info I got was saying that I can get my money any time when I want it, however to my surprise I went to the Gandi Square branch and I was told that it will take 15 working days this is totally different to what I got on they are internet, if I have known that I would have not bothered opening that account, I want that money urgently and Old Mutual has failed me
