Not debit on time complaining more than 10 times bad service ever

I have problem with old mutual I'm complaining for the last time today can they refund my money complaining with same thing more than 10 times to debit in time I wonder what will happen the day I claim bad service I regret to be old mutual customer

Always saying so the whole year I have same problem why can't you give me my money I will look for another funeral policy somewhere your intention you want this policy to laps give me my money I'm not the one who is wrong you are there one old mutual
