Not contactable

I ********** 617087 have a consolidation loan with old mutual. The account was handed over and i made arrangement to pay and the collectors promised they would update on the berau and furthermore sent me statements. Its been over a year and that is not happening i dont have the company details and have been trying to call old mutual for their assistance and am put on hold till it cuts off. I dont know who to contact for i need a settlement
