Not allowed a partwithdrawal on my savings
I took a group scheme policy with old mutual which is currently paid up. I am in a fix at the moment and when I checked on my online profile this policy has a part withdrawal value of 28000.00. After phoning the consultant now I am being told that part withdrawals are not allowed. I feel Old mutual is cheating my savings as the product details states that there is a part withdrawal. I just need my money . Why do you display one thing and say something else when clients wants to exercise their ECONOMIC FREEDOM???
