Not advised of terms and conditions for Proketor f

I was previously employed by the bank and my provident fund invested with old mutual with superfund. A consultant called me to ask whether I would like to withdraw the funds or invest them. She advised me I could take a portion of it and leave the other and will be able to withdraw it at any old mutual nearest branch with 7 days. She further advised me that I will be taxed once by Sars though as per call recording. To my surprise when I went to old mutual to withdraw the other portion left, they contacted the call center and emailed a proktector fund form which was never explained to me and advised me that I will be taxed, I can only take the full portion of the funds left if I am 55 years old. Firstly I was never advised of this type of fund nor the terms and conditions, secondly they said it would take 10 to 15 working days. Old mutual what's going on???consultants are not giving correct information to the client. I want answers
