Not acceptable
I am so disappointed in your total lack of service OM.
I've been trying to transfer a TFSA and you just keep denying receiving the documentation, when it's been sent to you THREE times?! Never mid that I have to keep chasing you guys to find out how it's going, only then to be told, you've received nothing. Sorry. BS.
Is this stalling tactic how you guys just hold onto our money in order to rake in interest? I expect this to be sorted out by COB today please.

29 Apr 2022, 13:11On the 10th April I was told that it would 11 business days until the transfer of my TFSA would be done. Fair enough, given all the public holidays etc, but after following up today, only to receive an email saying that it will be 10 working days from today .... ARE YOU SERIOUS?? What is it that you guys are actually doing?? Please advise when I can expect that transfer, and do not tell me in 10 days time!!!!!

On the 10th April I was told that it would 11 business days until the transfer of my TFSA would be done. Fair enough, given all the public holidays etc, but after following up today, only to receive an email saying that it will be 10 working days from today .... ARE YOU SERIOUS?? What is it that you guys are actually doing?? Please advise when I can expect that transfer, and do not tell me in 10 days time!!!!!
