Not a pleasant service by Yvonne

There is a lady by the name of Yvonne at old mutual waterfall mall rustenburg. She doesn't listen to what customers want she tells them what she thinks they want to hear, to top it all I was there waiting for her assistance for the whole 30 minutes while she was busy chatting with her friend instead of assisting me. Then I asked her when the store closes if she is ever going to help and she ignored me.All these happened on this day 28th August 2017
