None Payment of policy claim

Good Afternoon Am not happy with Old Mutual Head office service, even the CONSULTANTS whom are in the branch are given a run around, no straight answers, My Late Mother had a Comprehensive policy with old mutual which covered some of the family members and I, one of the family member which is my Grandmother passed away and we had to do her Funeral on the 29th July 2023, I did submit for claim and they told me I have to open a late state account which I did at iThala Bank, since no payment was received in time I had to make loans from People promising that I'll pay them on the 31st July 2023 knowing that the money will be available as per the sms they sent to me, Long story short I went to iThala Bank on Monday only to find out there are no Funds, today I went to they offices and I wasn't given straight answers even iThala Manager requested POP but they telling me a turn around time of 48hours I can't wait that long, either they pay today or the must provide a bed tomorrow in the office I'll sleep there until they pay out.
