Non processing my refund from old mus
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding the handling of my Greenlight policy and the subsequent request for a refund. In January, I was informed by an Old Mutual employee that my policy had been cancelled due to an incorrect premium that was not adjusted on the policy anniversary date. This information has been disappointing and concerning, given my longstanding relationship with your company.
On 25 January 2025, I contacted Old Mutual to inquire about the debits that continued to be processed from my employer, despite the cancellation of my policy for the reasons stated earlier. Since that date, I have been awaiting the refund of these payments, which I understand should have been processed within the stipulated time frame. Regrettably, the period for the refund has now elapsed, and I have yet to receive any communication from your team regarding the status of my case.
The service I have received thus far has been inadequate, and it is unsettling that my concerns have not been addressed in a timely manner. I would appreciate immediate attention to this matter and a clear update on when I can expect my refund. I trust that Old Mutual values its customers and will take the necessary steps to rectify this situation promptly.
Thank you for your attention to this issue. I look forward to your swift response.
Yours sincerely,
We acknowledge receipt of your review and extend our sincere apologies for the service experience you encountered. We are committed to investigating this matter thoroughly and will make direct contact with you should further information be required.

Dear Old Mutual Management,
I am writing to express my growing frustration with the ongoing issues related to my refund request with Old Mutual. It appears that the process has become unnecessarily complicated, and I am beginning to feel that my concerns are not being addressed appropriately.
On 16 April, I provided the requested payslip to facilitate the allocation of my refund. Subsequently, I was asked to complete a form, which I duly submitted. However, upon my recent inquiry regarding the finalisation of my refund, I was met with yet another request to complete another form. This situation raises the question of whether I would have been informed of this additional requirement if I had not taken the initiative to follow up today.
Furthermore, I would like to draw your attention to an email from Yolande Tulleken dated 14 March 2025, stating that my refund was awaiting authorisation. Despite this, I have since been inundated with requests to complete various forms, often on a weekly basis. This inconsistent communication and repeated requests are simply unacceptable.
The continuous delays and administrative hurdles I have faced lead me to wonder how claims would be handled in the event I die.. The thought of my family potentially being subjected to the same frustrating process should I no longer be around is concerning. It is clear that the current situation is untenable, and I am reconsidering my relationship with Old Mutual.
To think that this process of refund was initiated on the 25 January 2025 it leaves so much to be desired.
My patience with you have grown thin and I appreciate your immediate actioning to my refund
