Non Payment on Investment

Non payment on investment withdrawal. I made a withdrawal claim from my investment with Old Mutual Greenlight on the 9th Dec 22, all required documents have been submitted, their compliance department has confirmed compliance, their customer service dept. has confirmed that the withdrawal was sent for processing. The turn around time is 5-7 working days, but to date the funds have not been transferred. Different agents dealing with my account, every time I call we have to restart the process, their system doesn't update, taken from pillar to post, escalation after escalation, no feedback unless you call, and even then you have to start the process all over again. This has been nothing but a frustrating experience, I am advising everyone I know who has invested with Old Mutual to cancel as they are not reliable, I would never recommend that anyone take up their services!
