Non payment of Two Pot withdrawal

I claimed for a two pot withdrawal on the 23rd of September. Even though they promised to pay within 30 days, I am on day 33 and still no payment. I have been calling for the past 2 weeks with different promises from them and being told that I should expect the money into my account on the 22nd or 23rd of October. On the 25th of October there is still no payment and when I called I was told that they have made the mistake and paid my money into a wrong account even though I supp**** the with the correct bank statement on the 23rd of September. I am told that IT is busy with the problem and they don't know when I will receive my payment.
