Non payment of retirement annuity

I am really disappointed in you and your service. My dad has a retirement annuity with you and he claimed his funds in the 9th of October 2023 and even today he didn't get his funds. When we go to the branch the consultants just gives us the run around and this is taking a tall on his health. He was hospitalized because of the stress your causing him. I am really ****ed with your service and I'll never recommend your services to anyone, you and the ANC are cut from the sane cloth
