Non Payment of refund

On March 2023 I cancelled my policies with Old Mutual they deducted via stop order for the same month, I app**** for a refund and received it in April. They deducted again April via stop order and I requested a refund and received it on the 15th May. They deducted AGAIN for May month, on the 2nd June I requested a refund and submitted the payslip but did not receive the payment. I visited the branch about 3 times in June and told me the refund will be paid. They deducted AGAIN for June month without payment of May and I requested a refund, today I am still waiting for my payment as the matter was escalated to the Manager of Customer services but still no response.
