Non payment of Provident Fund

<p>A shocking and frustrating experience. Tried to get my provident fund paid out by Old Mutual / Data Factory and I have been given the run around for about a year now. Management at Old Mutual and Data Factory is just about non existant, they NEVER return your calls. They refuse to pay the fund into MY account, but will apparently happily pay it into another individual's account? They are now forcing me to open up another account in my name in order to make the payment? This experience has been extremely upsetting and tedious. </p>
