Non payment of my balance of RA

Pathetic service from them. Called them about the outstanding balance on my RA that should have been transferred to Sanlam but I now want to withdraw they say that the policy ( RA ) has been paid out. To whom did it get paid out? Only a portion not even 1/3 was paid out to me. Where is my money? Bunch of lying idiots. I am 57 years old so I am still allowed up to R500000 withdrawal. WHERE IS MY MONEY OLD MUTUAL
