Non-flexible processes

I don’t understand why Old Mutual’s processes are so not flexible. As a trusted FSP you’d expect the company to be on top of their game when it comes to client insights and the various needs of each of their clients. I made a withdrawal yesterday from my tax free investment account due to an emergency. I was then told that I’d have to wait 15 days before the money can be processed and an extra 3 days before the money can reflect in my bank account. Unfortunately I cannot!!! It is an emergency and as an individual you do not anticipate such. I need the money ASAP. It’s about time the company makes amends to their processes and turn around times because they are of an inconvenience to our lives. If I need my money I should be able to get it within 24 hours from the time I made the withdrawal. I cannot wait 15 days. It is absurd!!!
