Non-existant service delivery

For an institution that once was at the forefront of customer service delivery you guys are starting to show us just how complacent you can actually be. Put a complaint in and you receive a comfort call to keep you quiet, get left with an email address with which to reply to yet there’s never a response and so we try follow up by calling in but but once again we might as well just be talking to ourselves . Financial advisors exist only to sell you further products but never to assist you when needs be. Quick to take our money but reluctant to provide the service that we are due. I used to recommend Old Mutual to anyone looking for insurances; in hindsight I see now that I was speaking purely out of ignorance and naivety and I know now that I should actually be recommending people to stay away from you guys.
