Nobody at work

No response when you phone their toll free number which eventually cuts out. You cannot get hold of the person who you are corresponding with and then when you phone head office the person is invariably not at their desk. I am in particular speaking of a Mr Mathew Alexander who has now ignored not only my emails but that of my lawyer. This in relation to a pension fund payout. This does not instil any confidence in this financial institution.
