No words to describe this poor service

Hi<br> <br> I moved from my previous company 2014 Sept and asked old mutual to transfer my funds to new pension fund since Oct 2014 one year later nothing has happened, and changed so they can payout the fund as they cannot transfer the fund but still 3 months later nothing as happen, when i call for feedback they all give me politically correct response that they are waiting for this waiting for that<br> <br> this is really bad service to anyone, please
