No update on my provident fund withdrawal!!! It's been 4 weeks!

So my company liquidated in July and I had been retrenched I have been trying to withdraw my superfund with old mutual since the 17th of September. Apparently my company had not made contribution in June and my claim had been escalated to the scheme administrator however it has been 4 weeks since the escalation had been sent and STILL no response. This is absolutely ridiculous how I have to keep calling for an update on my own money! I have no idea why the scheme Administrator can't make a simple decision to pay out my provident fund! The company liquidated so I have no idea why they're still trying to contact them for the June payment if they even tried to do so! This is absolutely ridiculous!
