No Understanding and Cant Reach Payment Agreement

I have sent an email to old mutual finance asking the to delay my Payments till November and I will settle outstanding Payments after I receive my pension fund Payouts. Instead they are handing over to legal to quickly obtain judgments and Defaults when I payed them in July? and made arrangements.<br> <br> They also have not sent me a settlement offer or an account statement showing me how much I should pay for the Outstanding amounts, when I call them its bad attitude. All I want is a settlement offer and a statement including banking details as well as account details where I can start making Direct Payments into the accounts Myself, Because they like making Early debit orders over weekends which cost me a lot of money and I have complained countless times to them. Please help me get what I need and request from Old Mutual Finance with No Avail and response and Co-operation from them time to time.
