No truth

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>I cant understand how a clients information can all of a sudden not appear on the system and no record of the client. I requested a call back a while ago from Old Mutual, on behalf of my brother. A lady called, and said he will send my brothers statement via email provided i confirm his memebership number which i need to obtain from the employer. The employer originaly told me that my brothers benefits are lying at unclaimed with Old mutual. Few weeks later, Old mutual confirmed that there are no records of my brother, yet the lady from Old mutual had seen info and statement but just needed me to confirm the memebership number which the employer refused to give. I am not sure where there truth lies here and more, and i would appreciate it if truth be told. I have policies with Old mutual, and at this rate, i am having second thought about them, if peoples information is just going to disappear from the system or there wont be records of any information.</p> <p> </p> <p>Truth just need to be told.</p>
