No tax certificates but I see them efiling

Last year I had withdrawn my superfund policy after termination from my company. Sars has requested that I provide documentation and I have nothing from old mutual. I can see on my profile online on the old mutual site that there are 2 policies registered but no other documentation is provided there. I can see on Sars e-filing there are 2 certificates from old mutual Orion and old mutual park but nobody is able to assist me. Surely these documents were filled out by old mutual but why don't I have a copy of these certificates. Is there anyone competent that can help me get my documents for Sars????????
