No service on my Superfund claim, DISAPPOINTED

I am so disappointed with old mutual, for the past week I'm trying to get through to them to claim my superfund investments but no luck. I went to a branch here in Durban they said they can't assist but have to call superfund claims, they made me hold for more than 30 minutes with no response. Then I tried sms service no luck. I tried the whatsapp service, still no response. Its easy to offer us insurance but when we have to claim it becomes a mission. I have been retrenched and I need the money for my kids to go to school. I need my money paid out today !!!!!! This is ridiculous, it's easy to take our money but when it's time to pay you are no where to be found. I need my money today!!!!!! I would never recommend OM to anyone after this experience
