I have a policy that matured on 01 October 2023. I have tried every means possible to get in touch with Old Mutual to discuss the investment to no avail. Includes social media, customer service, complaint, telephonic, etc. I am starting to think they have done something *****ulent with my funds. These are some reference numbers that remains unanswered: CCCNM258259 CCCNM***8. Bad bad bad company to deal with.
