No Service from my PFA for months

I'm not happy at all that I have been a customer for years and for some reason my Personal financial advisor refuse to get back to me. I have e-mailed and called him on numerous occasions and just no response from him. It makes you wonder what service is he suppose to give you when you have to start thinking if he even still work for Old Mutual?

I just want to add my children and spouse to my policies, what is so difficult?
