No Service from Group Service - Escalated to Complaints and still waiting

I have tried and failed to make contact with Old Mutual Group Services. Their landline keeps you waiting for 20 minutes on occasion whilst you hope someone will answer. Logging a complaint on their website is as just a waste of effort. I did receive a response that someone will attend to the matter but Old Mutual staff in Group Service ignore all messages even from their complaints department. The lack of service from Old Mutual is alarming. I wonder what will happen when I need to claim my savings if this is how they treat customers.
