No Service delivery at all

I've been requesting withdrawal of my investment funds since the 19h of March till now no response, I requested to cancel the policy and sent the required documents. I'm always told of documents that I need to submit & I did, I don't want to go to branch as they never seem to know what's going on. I want my money and nothing to do with Old Mutual anymore the service is very horrible and I'm having financial difficulties and I would appreciate the little money I put away . I've done the disinvestment online as well to no avail... I requested a call back, they drop the line... I call myself and be placed on hold 21 minutes... Oh God !!!!
