NO SERVICE
Im a very very unhappy customer, did a claim more than one week ago,, I must call every day 3-4 times to find out whats happening with my claim. Nobody calls back, NO communication whatsoever. Im paying my premiums on time every month and this is the treatment that I get,, I will definitely cancel all my policies from old mutual, You promise a 24 hour payout when we open policies, but time to claim, no service. I couldnt do any arrangements, coz theres no money,so what the use? I will never ever recommend old mutual to family and friends.

09 Oct 2021, 10:45Old mutual,, I am still waiting for my claim,, its almost 2 weeks now,, The service is pathetic,, worse service ever,, we were suppose to mourn but instead we must stress over something we pay every month,,, Please attend to my matter otherwise i will be seeking legal assistance, I cant beg you guys to do your job
